About the project
RISE is a Layer 2 blockchain developed by Rise Labs that introduces the Rise pEVM (Parallel Ethereum Virtual Machine). The Rise pEVM enables parallel execution of Ethereum-compatible smart contracts, allowing multiple contracts to run simultaneously. This enhances scalability and performance by increasing transaction throughput and reducing latency.
