Plume Network is a public, EVM-compatible blockchain built specifically for real-world asset (RWA) projects. It integrates asset tokenization and compliance infrastructure directly into its core protocol, to simplify legal, regulatory, and operational requirements for asset issuers.The architecture enables RWAs to be used in DeFi contexts: for example as collateral, for lending/borrowing, swaps, staking, or other yield-bearing financial activities. Plume offers data integration via on-chain oracles and external sources through its data layer (sometimes called Nexus) for pricing, settlement, and compliance purposes. It also contains or supports tools like “Arc” (for tokenization engine), “Smart Wallets,” compliance-modules, and real-world asset-friendly custody/identity mechanisms.
